PEO Provider Cheat Sheet
One page, every tracked provider. Who each PEO fits, the verified facts that back that fit, and the two things to check before you sign. Nothing here is invented: everything traces to a source on the provider profile it links to.
This sheet condenses each profile page in the provider directory. Pricing is stated only where a source with a date is on file; everywhere else the record says “Not verified,” and so does the sheet. Rankings are not part of it — fit is a statement about your employer profile, not a league table.

Justworks
Small teams of two or more that want published, self-serve pricing and fast onboarding.

- Per-employee pricing gets expensive for payrolls with high average wages, where a percentage model may track revenue better.
- The service layer is lighter than white-glove providers; good match if you want to self-serve.

How to use this sheet
- Shortlist two or three providers whose “fits” column matches your employer profile, not the biggest brand.
- Pull a written, unbundled quote from each — administrative fee stated separately from insurance and statutory pass-throughs — using the seven questions on the cost page.
- Price the three quotes with the cost calculator and read the hidden-fees page before you compare totals.
What this sheet will not do
It does not rank providers — a rank requires the verified pricing record we refuse to fake — and it does not state a rate that is not on file. A field that reads “Not verified” on a profile is the honest gap: the source has not cleared our gate yet.
