Privacy and Your Data
Peolet collects only what the match form asks for, passes it only to the providers you explicitly tick, and retains the record of your consent for five years. We do not sell your data to brokers or place you in a shared lead pool.
What we collect
From the match form: employee count band, primary state, whether you employ across state lines, industry, how you run payroll today, your timeline, and your name, company, work email and phone.
Alongside it we record the consent artefacts: the exact wording you agreed to, the timestamp, the page URL, and a certification token from an independent consent-certification provider.
We also collect ordinary web analytics through Google Analytics. It is configured to deny advertising storage and personalisation by default and to anonymise IP addresses, and it is the only third-party request this site makes. We do not use it to build advertising profiles or sell audience segments.
This site is hosted on GitHub Pages and served through Cloudflare. Both process request data — IP address, user agent, requested URL — as part of delivering the page, in the ordinary way any host and CDN does.
Who receives it
Only the providers you ticked. That list is shown to you before you submit and every box can be unticked.
We do not:
- sell your details to data brokers;
- place you into a shared lead pool where multiple unrelated companies call the
same record;
- pass your details to providers you did not name;
- resell a record after the fact.
Our contracts with providers require the same of them: no resale of your data, contact only within the agreed window, and their own retention of the consent record.
How long we keep it
Consent certification records are retained for five years. That is longer than we would keep them for our own purposes; it is how long they need to exist to protect both you and us if a contact you did not authorise is ever alleged.
Removing your data
Ask, and we will delete your enquiry record and tell you which providers already received it so you can ask them too. We retain the consent certificate itself where we are required to, and nothing else.
Cookies
Functional and analytics only. Nothing on this site sets an advertising cookie, and the analytics tag is configured to refuse advertising storage.
